My complaint:

Dear Trust and Safety Team,

Saturday August 5, 2023, I spoke with Trisha out of Georgia, and she assured me a supervisor will call me back and no one did. Although disappointing, this was not of surprise. It is evident am not a valued customer. Our membership is up March 13, 2024.

We spend on average 12k a year with Instacart and on many occasions we receive either, spoiled items, incorrect items or have paid for an item that was not included. I do report it right away and have now been notified “As part of our continuous efforts to promote integrity on Instacart, we reserve the right to investigate potentially suspicious behavior, like abuse or manipulation of referrals, coupons, appeasement offerings, or loyalty programs. Instacart has reviewed your account after seeing a high number of refund requests and based on this activity will restrict your ability to request future refunds, credits, and redeliveries. You can still shop with Instacart.”

This notification implies that my family and I are unethical in our requests for making requesting you make you mistakes correct, yet you are reversing the accountability.

Suggested solution:

They need to reverse their accusation's and reinstate my account to ensure I can obtain rightful credit for spoiled or missing items.
