My complaint:

I placed an order for a grocery delivery. It was supposed to be about $60$65 with the $9.95 delivery fee. Thats fine, until my items are ordered, and I see an item that I know I didn’t order, in my bag. In confusion, I proceeded to check the website, where I noted that I had paid an extra $30 on my bill, and my shopper had added a few items at my expense. I contacted instacart via Twitter, and was told I would get a refund within 5-10 days. The only refund I have received in 9 days now, was the tip. That I went and removed after I realized their employee had stolen from me. (And at this point, who knows how many others!!)

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I was told that I would be refunded within 5-10 days, and that I would no longer be paired with said shopper.
I have yet to receive my refund, and being told that I personally would never get this shopper again really tells you how much they care for their customers. Basically telling me, yes, this won't happen to YOU again, but who cares about other shoppers.
