My complaint:
I found out what’s behind our missing items, damaged items are yours instacart. And it’s our tips or the lack thereof causes our pain and loss of funds and or products. I have conveyed my understanding to publix and the Federal Trade Commission. My name is Jerry Norman and if my items are changed or cancelled, I’ll be going to my local publix to find the items and then contact publix corporate headquarters with my concerns.
Suggested solution:
O shop with publix because of quality, freshness and consistency of service. There's nothing you can do, it's not your responsibility but another delivery offer would help your business because of competition. I have investigated instacart and how instacart cancelled your customers because they have complained about the service. It's publix that's truly the victim here. Instacart cancelled me from shopping with the best store in the area when a delivery person's continuously losted items. For three years instacart refused to offer me service and publix stuffers.
