My complaint:

I ordered from wal mart Instacart yesterday afternoon was told delivered by 630 pm by Samantha was on the phone with her for 2 hours at around 800 Louis was redoing the order no response from Samantha so be we went thr the whole process again , then said he was on his way to deliver , got a notice he was 69 miles away called San Francisco office the second time the woman agreed m’y ice-creams would be melted by the time it got here she gave me a 5 dollars credit and said would send new order out again this morning third person came on same thing all over again said she was done shopping but I couldn’t see on the map where she was so I contacted her said she was in Antioch Iwhich is an hour away also contacted San Francisco office again she said u want to cancel I said I need my order now this is the third time I have been very patient she said it’s temp controlled but the Second Lady agreed icecream would be melted I want a refund on my icecream orders this is not acceptable . I live in lodi ça there is a big wal mart here where it should have been shopped at . I am very discouraged with how this has been handled . Please take care of this matter asap . I like wal mart but I Will.never order thr Instacart if this is not resolved thank you
