My complaint:
For the past week, I’ve had orders that either claimed they haven’t received products or products were damaged. Which then causes a lower rating. When speaking with Instacart, this is unable to be removed. I find it a little unfair that you have a receipt that you clearly have to take a picture of as well as the groceries being left on the porch. So how can a customer say they haven’t received? Instacart doesn’t resolve issues. They play around with tips. One order stated $12.48 in tips. After completing, I received $10. According to Instacart, it was the customer. But the customer gave me a 5 star rating as well as had a 5 minute conversation with me as I delivered her items. Instacart is scam to shoppers and customers. $7.40 to go 6 miles one way.
Suggested solution:
Instacart need to value their shoppers. It's not always about a dollar because without shoppers and many people reading the complaints, who will they have to deliver the items? Sad to say, I keep ALL of my receipts.
