My complaint:

How do you actually get proper customer service from Instacart, not just cut and paste responses? They blocked two of my accounts mid-order despite there being no previous issues and failed to explain what happened – I use VPN, was that it? I don’t know, they couldn’t be bothered to explain themselves! I’ve reached out to their customer service dozens of times over the past few months via phone and email and still haven’t had anyone fix this situation. The link for their reset account option just takes you to a generic help page and the form they send to financial info doesn’t work either as the one time I did it, no one responded and the account is still locked and the second account I set up was linked to PayPal and the verification form they send doesn’t account for that, so that account remains locked. This company is a total mess and there is no one accountable for anything. I’ve asked for weeks for them to delete the accounts so I can open new ones but they keep sending me the same copy and paste email…it’s the ultimate gaslighting. The fact this problem persists and I still can’t get in touch with someone who provides more than the robotic cut and paste response is unacceptable. Am I supposed to open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because they’ll be able to track down the corporate entity and force them to respond?

Suggested solution:

Put me in touch with an actual human being at Instacart who will delete these two accounts. Update their process so other people don't go through this garbage.

The rating below is too high - they deserve no stars for instances like this.
