My complaint:
Instcart deactivated my account in December of 2022. They claim that I committed fraud when they won’t provide me with supporting documents. Instcart refused to pay me my last healthcare subsidy that I qualify for based on the over 130 hours I worked with then that qualify period. It has been extremely hard for me to resolve this manner. Once they deactivate your account thief is no proper way to reach anyone.
Suggested solution:
I would like for them to pay me what I am rightfully owed
