My complaint:
I have been a customer a member of instacart for almost 3 years. Recently I was searching for a product and a grocery store popped up that I know has never delivered to my zip code. I called about it and the person who answered the phone had the TV on so loud because he was at home I’m sure. He wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying he couldn’t care less. But a store that I know doesn’t deliver to me showed up on my search. I tried to verify or find a way to verify that they deliver to my home before I called customer service senior customer service by the way. Anyhow I think that’s messed up that not only do you guys give me a store that won’t deliver to my house in my search. The other thing is the customer service person you have working from their home is not paying attention.
Suggested solution:
I just explained that in the previous question this is the stuff I'm tired of.
