My complaint:

Here in Memphis some people will order from instant cart and their gold is to get their things that they have purchased from Instacart free . Fraud because after you deliver the things that they have ordered, they will try to call Instacart and say things like they did not receive their order when the driver has no access to the address until they have Picked the order and take a picture of receipt and then Instacart sends the address and you go through the app to get to the address not have the address until you have completed their orders so in the app it would tell you to either leave with customer or leave at customers door. The customer has a choice to leave you a message in the app on telling you what they would like for you to do with their orders. Now I have had customers to leave in the message that they stay in an apartment on the second floor the gate code is this number and when you get there it’s a house . So tell me, why would a person take the time to write all of that in the messenger unless they were going to try to commit fraud I take pictures of the addressed along with their order.So tell me why does instant cart punish me after I have given them proof like a picture of her order, at her door and a picture of her address so how do the customer get to call Instacart and make a complaint as if they didn’t receive their order when you have clearly getting a picture of the package at your door and a picture of your address… clearly someone is lying here and he’s not the driver.. an Insta cart, has the pictures and the photos of her address
