My complaint:
About a 2 years ago I shopped a customers order from I believe costco. When I arrived at the customers home in New Albany I brought the groceries to her door then knocked because I need to check ID for the alcohol. At this time the customer stares at me through the door and is unwilling to answer it.(Huge glass door so I could see her from the distance) any way I knocked and then rang the door bell and she just looked at me with a hateful look. At this time security guard pulls up behind my car and gets out to look at my plates. When I ask him what’s going on he ignores my question then i tell him im delivering groceries from instacart… . Then I notice the lady comes to the door and places her ID on the door so I could scan it. Then I walk to my car (CHEVY TRAVERSE? get in then stayed driving out of this housing division. Now while doing this I see that the security guard offs following our of there the whole time. I finally get away from there then get to Costco and realize this customer contacted instacart and said her groceries smelled like smoke and I DON’T SMOKE! Not to Becton I’m on a medication that I can’t smoke with. I inform instacart of the situation I just faced and it clearly had to be a discrimination issue from the woman and security guard. Flat or the woman was lying. Second I sent my pictures of my medication and filed off the dispute form. Exactly 1 min later instacart come back and says our decision is final, your deactivated! No worrying doing on my part but this is how the treated me. I’ve tried to contact them numerous amounts of time and all the keep saying is some one will contact you. It’s been 2 years and I’m still going through this. Please help!!

Reactivate my account! And apologize for adding to the discrimination I recieved from the racist customer.
