My complaint:

My account was deactivated because I submitted a picture of me and they said it didn’t look like me. I appealed the decision and resubmitted two pictures of myself wearing the exact same clothes! They denied my appeal within 12 hours of me submitting pictures of myself. Mind you I was referred and I have 5 batches left until my referral gets her money. I believe I am being racially discriminated against. I also believe they are doing things like this so they will not have to pay the person who referred me. It seems maybe they no longer have the money to pay shoppers as well anyway since shoppers are being paid $7.85 for a 40 unit batch with a delivery location 9 miles from the store. This is morally wrong especially considering the current climate of the state!

Suggested solution:

My account should be reactivated as I believe I have been an asset to this company and my community. In fact, I have been asked on several different occasions if I had a number customers could call so that they got me every time because of my service! This is just one example of how much my employment means.
