My complaint:

We ordered our groceries from Kroger and Instacart was responsible for our delivery. It’s been 2 full days and they claim a shopper isn’t available and keep rescheduling us and promise this time the groceries will come. Waiting on a manager to call me if they actually call.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money without waiting and still bring our groceries
