My complaint:
Sprylyfe sells your product, but they are ruining your reputation. I screwed up and bought a G5 from them. I had a problem and they would not replace the unit even though it had a warraunty. They said after 3 months that they would only repair it. I had to pay for the return which was $20. Then they told me I would have to pay for return to me which is $45. I complained to no avail. I have since purchased another unit from you with alifetime warraunty and am satisfied. I told them that I could not be without oxygen and they told me they would rent me oxygen until repair was made which was 17 days. That is why I bought the unit from you. I guess what I am saying is you should not do business with them anymore. I told them That I will not rwfere them for any business. I am referring them to BBB with a complaint.
Suggested solution:
Quit doing business with Skyelyfe.
