My complaint:

HI its LINDA I was due to away on my cruise today with ariva this is very difficult to explain my booking ref is on P AND O CRUISES CGGKMM and is a group booking i spoke P AND O on Saturday because your offices where closed i went to my mums Friday night with me going away we had to call the paramedic s which resulted in her going into hospital and mum ended up having a cardiac arrest and mum was move to critical care i could not get in touch with your company on Saturday because your company was closed so i rang P AND O and gave them details so i rang your company Sunday morning and tried to explain my problem and one of your staff was very rude and unprofessional i tried to explain that the person who booked the cruise had gone on the cruise and i tried to explain if possible to take it at a later date her attitude was basically i am not prepared to talk to you about your booking her exact words were if you need to change it we need 3 months notice as this point i got very upset and said how the hell did i know 3 months ago my mum was going to end up in a bad way when my mum is normally a well woman and she said well you got get in touch with the lead passenger and wait until the cruise comes back and explain to my travel insurance company even though i tried to explain at this very difficult time to your staff they were not even prepare to take any details off me like name address booking ref etc before the ship sailed on Sunday (if i had spoken to someone on the phone in the industry i am in like that i would not have a job now because i am in a very high position ) so my question is could i please have some sort of answer what to do because i would like to take the trip or a trip at a later date or at least try and sort it out myself without hassling the lead passenger when she comes back if you need anymore information of me please let me know
