My complaint:
This company have taken extra money out of my account for a service I do not use.
This sim is used with three in a WiFi box only not a mobile phone.
This has happened to me before with this company 2 years ago they took £200 from me.
I would like a refund ASAP and some kind of compensation as I am currently out of work and need the money.
I do not want this happening again

Want a refund from sept-jan 20 and want some kind of compensation as this is not the 1st time with this company
