My complaint:

I paid for a motel on 3182023 thru hopper app at 833pm. With Oyo motel in Manning SC. I get my ation number L59BP6QST52C. $48.56 $5.00 $9.00. Was all taken off my cash app card.

The motel was told I was traveling and would be there in a few hrs. I arrive around 1145pm to get told no rooms available get my money back from hopper. The guy at the desk was very rude. Didn’t even ask my name or ation number. Just told me to get refund from hopper. Ok so I filed a refund thru cash app who said hopper is responsible. Hopper said it’s Oyo hotel that’s responsible.

For the past week Ive been battling back and forth with no results of getting my money refunded. I was told that at 8pm is last check in time. Meaning that I shouldn’t have been charged and a reservation made if that’s the case cause I was trying to get this done at 833pm is when I have money removed. I’m getting no help from hopper except saying I need to contact the motel and get a refund cause they can’t get one. They are passing the blame to the motel. The Oyo motel is telling me to get my money from hopper.

Suggested solution:

They need to refund my money the total that I paid for something I was denied service within less than 4 hrs
Plus if check in time ends at 8pm they are responsible for not booking a room that I can\'t check in

I should not have to do their job.
