My complaint:
I did my booking in the app for my birthday weekend . I arrived to this crappy hotel that doesn’t look like the pictures at all. The staff is rude. They don’t want to talk to me and ignore me. They basically kicked me out. I don’t have a place to stay. I try to communicate with hopper and no one answers me. I sent 10 emails. No response from hopper. I payed $25 dollars to have a call from hopper and still no solution. I had to booked another hotel. Spend more money. Trying not to feel bad about it. The experience is very frustrating. Is impossible to communicate with hopper via email they do not answer. They don’t have a phone number. No answer from them at all. They don’t give any solution
Suggested solution:
I need a refund. They want me to pay for a hotel that was a scam. Treated me horrible and kicked me out. I didn’t have a place to stay. I had to booked a last minute hotel. Hopper never answered my emails. I had to pay $25 USD for the VIP support that was useless. Terrible terrible service
