My complaint:
I purchased my 5th pair of Hokas from Hoka online to take to Europe. Normally I go to retail, but this was the only place they were available These were Slip Ons (Ora Recovery Shoe 2). Unfortunately, they only come in whole sizes and were just too large. It’s now a month later and I still have not been able to return them. The online return system asks for my ORDER NUMBER, however there is NO ORDER NUMBER on my paperwork. There is an INVOICE NUMBER but that is not in the system. I have sent 2 emails with no response. I tried their Customer Service Chat Line and was told that their return system was down and that I should try back later. Sure thing, I have nothing else to do. There is absolutely no way that I have found to speak to a live person! Perhaps they are called a RECOVERY SHOW due to the frustration surrounding their complete lack of support. If this was a $50 pair of sneakers, this lack of support would be my expectation, but according to their marketing, they are passionate about what they do. If that is really the case, we know that their passion is something other than customer service! If you’re going to buy Hokas, UGGS or Teva, save yourself some grief and go to a retailer that cares about your experience.

RESPOND!!! - Actually, in this case, they shouldn't even get 1 star.
