My complaint:

Purchased a new Hisense refrigerator from Lowes in October 2022. 1 week after having it, broke. Lowes replaced it with same model. It is now 3.5 months later, and fridge and freezer broke again. Had to unplug due to front part overheating. I’ve called numerous times and they have already had 2 technicians come and couldn’t fix. Found out it was the compressor. They tell me it’s a special technician that is needed so they gave me the name and number of a third person at a business that has been closed for 4 years!! I’ve asked to speak with Supervisors 2 times, and none have called me back. This weekend begins 4 weeks of not having a refrigerator!!!!! I don’t know what else to do. The customer service is awful. Family and friends will never purchase this brand due to watching this fiasco.

I have lost hundreds of dollars 2 times on throwing out food and money keeps going out the door on food each day because I don’t have a fridge or freezer. This is a 3-month-old refrigerator!!!!!!!!! How can this happen. I am contacting the local news!!! It’s outrageous that this is not being escalated and the last draw was them providing me a phone number to a repair place that is not even in business. I have meds that need to be refrigerated and no one is assisting. Lowes won’t assist as they are telling me Hisense is responsible and they have a habit of doing this to clients after the purchase.

Suggested solution:

I want a new Refrigerator and I want compensation for the food I have lost for 2 faulty refrigerators. I need a working fridge in my home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
