My complaint:
I left a suitcase on the 14th of June at the locker in Lordshill,on the app it said that it has been picked up,but after that there was no movement, I waited more than a week before I started to worry and tried to contact the company, at first I could only chat with a bot,and after so many attempts I made a claim,I even sent an email to the CEO of the company, he delegate someone to deal with the situation, in the end nothing has been done,they said they couldn’t find it and the sent me a 29 pounds compensation, wich is ridiculous because my content of the suitcase and the suitcase itself worth about 200 pounds,the only photo I have is the label I printed, I don’t know what else to do
Suggested solution:
At least they can do is compensate me the value that the suitcase had,wich is 200 pounds
