HelloFresh complaint: Tried to cancel order after doing so for over a year but they said. Had to update the app.

My complaint:

After trying to update the app it said I needed to update my apple I Pad first which had been already done. I Shut down the I pad and tried again. Nothing again . Another part of this story is that they sent me a email asking for an update on my renewed credit card months before. So I thought even though I could not get through to anyone they wouldn’t send me anything, wrong they did, I phoned my bank and they informed me they must have guessed at the new expiry date. I phoned to Hello fresh and they told me they could not pick up food or refund my money. I asked to talk to a manager they informed me they would put me on a list for someone to contact me, and would take 4-6 business days. After 6 business phoned they again informed me I would need to wait 4-6 business days told them this was not acceptable. Wanted to talk to someone today, informed me they would get someone to call later that day. As the day went along no call so I called again, before everyone went home. The new person heard my story and told me I would have to wait 5-7 business days, lost it after letting her know under no circumstances would I wait that long again she put me hold and after coming and putting me on hold 4 more times she said she had 5 more hours of work and before she left she would make someone call me before end of day. Still waiting. It makes me think that they maybe getting ready to go out of business ???
