HelloFresh complaint: Bills AFTER 5 day waiting period ends

My complaint:

I didn’t need a box scheduled to be delivered on a Wednesday. I wanted to cancel this box when I saw it show on my bank account on MONDAY before. I called and was answered by a representative who spoke broken English, from his home office with children yelling in the background – I was told by this person that I needed to call and cancel at least 5 days before the shipment was dated and after it was billed. This would have been impossible. I then used the online chat tool from their website and was told exactly the same thing. I want to file a complaint about this process because it gives me no room to decide if I want the box in enough time to cancel. I also want to note that when I called on a Monday I noticed the charges on the website still had my order showing as processing. I have since completely canceled the entire account.

Suggested solution:

Refund my order billed to my account the third week of February 2023.
