My complaint:

We stayed in lakeside East 100 a ‘Saver caravan(which didn’t have towels). At the time of booking we did not know the saver was the basic caravan. The caravan windows door weren’t sealed properly as we could feel a draft through them. The fridge kept freezing the food even though it was turned down.
We were not pleased that as pet owners the dog wasn’t allowed into your restaurants, only the Mash Barrel (outside).
The staff weren’t very polite to me on a few occasions when I called before the holiday also I called reception about towels when we arrived only to be rudely told to go and buy some.

Suggested solution:

I think no matter what level the caravan they should all have towels etc. Doors and windows should be sealed tightly so that no drafts can be felt.
You may want to check the fridge temperature, if it's not working properly replace it.
Although we are pet owners we paid for our holiday so that we could sit inside your restaurants with the dog. Because we could only eat outside The Mash Barrell we avoided that and ate elsewhere.

As our check in time wasn't until 5pm as were unpacking we noticed their was no towels and as i say above I was rudely told to go and buy some.

Not something you really want to do when you had a 5pm check in

One or two more points: I think people should be informed that when they hire a 'Saver caravan' it is a basic van.

2. As ours was a pet friendly caravan, our dog (a border colliespaniel) felt there was no room for him in lounge area and ended up spending every evening in his bed in our room.
