My complaint:
There are no holes for your fingers in the cardboard carton where you carry the Guinness beer. Please start putting them in again.
Suggested solution:
Go back to finger holes in the Guinness carton.

YES, I agree! Please put the finger holes back in the carton! It’s been long enough that they have been gone, please start making them again.
I get mad every time I go to buy Guinness! We love it but it requires 2 hands to pick it up and that is just not thinking of the customer.. ugh!!!
