Grubhub complaint: Grubhub treat drivers like there nothing and we do all the work

My complaint:

I’m a driver for The company Grubhub I been working for them for about a year an a half in this time things have been up and down at times they would send you on a delivery that has been canceled you don’t get paid for canceled delivery most drive company’s pay there driver for canceled delivery but not Grubhub they also send drivers to pick up food at places that are close . Wasting the drivers time Miles and weair and teair on the car and that will cost me later thing need to change for the drivers soon .

Suggested solution:

My solution is that drivers get treated with more respect compassion and understanding!!! And pay for canceled order customer need to be charged a order that they canceled in order for driver to be paid .the people that work in the call center be trained better to handle call for driver because they are doing a poor job of it and we the driver are left hanging out there on the roads losing money and time with the way they are handling .and Grubhub Please up date your Google maps Navigator it works so poorly.
