My complaint:
I ordered from Chicken Salad Chick today and left instructions for the delivery person to ring the doorbell. They DID NOT ring the doorbell but instead left my food sitting on the ground. I DO NOT LIKE for my food to sit outside on the ground AT ALL. The driver could have left it in a patio chair sitting there. NOT OR NEVER ON THE GROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called Grubhub to let them know about this driver who is illiterate and was only offered 15 per cent off my next order. It is very odd for someone to assume that there will be a next order.
Suggested solution:
Give me a refund of the delivery fee and the driver's tip.
What’s wrong about the food being on the ground when it was right at your front door? Are you too lazy to bend down and pick it up?
