My complaint:
On the 1st April I got in touch with Groupon to say my order had arrived. It was meant to be 4 plants and there were only 3 and were pieces of stick not resembling any plant. I had an automatic respond saying they would respond within 4 days, well that did not happen. I have been in touch several times since and keep getting an automatic respond saying this email address no longer supports inbound messages. I’m stuck as each time I try to complain it doesn’t happen.
Suggested solution:
I think a refund would be appropriate after all this time.
