My complaint:
group solar usa installed solar panels on my roof in June of 2021. In September 2021we discovered we had a leak from the roof. I was told the roof needed to be replaced by a licensed roofer. I than contacted Group solar. I was told I would receive an e-mail with a quote to remove and reinstall the solar panels. I never received an e-mail! I contacted the office several times each time was told an e-mail would be sent. it got to the point where they were not answering the phone when I called! I know this because I called from a friends cell phone and they answered right away. I was again told I would receive an e-mail! I asked to speak to a supervisor on several occasions and was told by the same employee they were either not there or it was a Jewish holiday. I than e-mailed the company several times. I still have not received any info on a date an, or price for removal and reinstall service so I can have my roof repaired. They claim to have email me and even mailed info to me, how ever I still have nothing from them. I have been dealing with this since 9421..Working though the BBB since 1121…Still waiting.

I would like a date for the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels. I also need a price for this job.
