My complaint:
I have reached out to Grindr’s online case manager and requested an explanation why my paid membership has been terminated for no reason. This resulted in Grindr claiming the information I have provided ( I had a three month membership oldie in full) to be insufficient… Basically claiming my account info, IMEI phone info, date of birth, personal email, personal website and even my pictures are not proof enough…
Suggested solution:
I have been re-charged since and yet case managers working for Grindr claiming I am not me and rejecting any fair explanation why I was banned...
Looks like this is happening to over 500 people in the last few month...
At least stop charging me and return my membership fee!
