My complaint:
Banned from the service for no reason and then received NO reason as to why. I was banned from the service without warning. After multiple help requests, I was told that I was accused of spamming which violated guidelines. I have never once spammed anyone on the service in my YEARS of usage and had no opportunity to demonstrate the falsehood of the accusations.
Not only that, but they keep marking my help requests as solved even though there’s no resolution.
Suggested solution:
Lift the ban and reinstate my account
