My complaint:

We took a Greyhound from FL to Vegas. They missed our connection to ATL so we were stranded there for almost 12 hours. When we got to ATL, we were threatened by several employees for being white, they talked about killing us and having us killed. We were some of the only white passengers in there and some of the other black passengers joined in and started threatening us. We were then kicked out of the ATL terminal with violent force by several employees. Then an employee came outside threatening to shoot us for being white. He threatened to punch me in my face for wearing headphones. I was so terrified I ended up having a panic attack that led to me shaking for 7 hours straight and I had to go to the ER for help. After we got on our bus in ATL 12 hours or so later, we headed to St. Louis. In St. Louis, Greyhound stranded us there for 9 hours with no information or updates. After we got on that bus, the bus driver dropped us all in Kansas somewhere to get on another bus for no reason. That bus had no toilet so we had to pee in bottles and garbage bags. After that, they stranded us in Denver, CO. They said that we all were going to the comfort inn (which turned into the motel 6 because Greyhound refused to pay for nice lodging). We were supposed to stay there from 12_29_23 until 9a on 12_31_23. Motel 6 kicked us all out at noon on 12_30_23 saying that none of us had a reservation past 11a on 12_30_23. That wasn’t true at all. The front desk lady called the PD on all of us and tried to have us all arrested for loitering saying she feared for her life that we were all there. So we all called Greyhound to get help and info from them, and they refused to help us or do anything for us. They refused to rebook any of us on new buses even though they told all of us 12_29_23 that we all were getting new tickets for no charge. That wasn’t true. A Greyhound employee took mine and my husband’s voucher and used it to book us to California where we were never going, so we couldn’t ever rebook as Greyhound cost us every ounce of cash we had to our name. So we all split Uber costs and went to Denver station. Denver station told us that we had no tickets and they didn’t understand what was going on. Eventually they got my husband and I on a new bus with no tickets. However, because of Greyhound’s behavior and negligence, our lives were endangered for days on end, we had minimal access to food, we lost $5000 on an Airbnb as we never made it to our destination in time. We had our wallet with $3000 in it stolen from us along with 2 bags in ATL containing personal items, headphones, 2 switches, and cords. We are filing a lawsuit immediately as we have been absolutely terrified, physically and emotionally abused and affected by Greyhound. They risked our lives and safety. In total my husband and I lost over $10,000 because of Greyhound. We were so stressed out that my husband and I had chest pain for 5 days straight with zero relief all while never sleeping because Greyhound never allowed us any opportunity to sleep anywhere except the hotel. They jeopardized our safety relentlessly and our health. Irreparable damage has been done.

Suggested solution:

We expect heavy compensation immediately or we're suing for their entire net worth of $400 million and we will be getting it because my lawyer has never lost a case.
