Greyhound Bus complaint: Major inconvenience

My complaint:

Upon arrival at the bus station, I experienced two different issues, first my bus was cancelled on January 4, 2024 after the station manager informed the passengers that they would have to reschedule their tickets, we were forced to maintain being locked inside the Greyhound station until 5:00am the following morning. The bus driver had been continuously cussing out various passengers on the bus and was extremely disrespectful. After nearly five hours I was finally able to get my ticket back to Houston rescheduled. But as a result of this delay, I missed being able to see my Great Grandchildren. I personally don’t understand how this happened since Greyhound has been around for years and has always been a dependable form of transportation. I would truly appreciate some type of compensation for the major inconvenience.

Suggested solution:

If the Greyhound Cooperation is capable of providing a future trip a no cost, then I might consider traveling on the bus line again, otherwise I have no intention of traveling on the bus line again.
