My complaint:
Let me first start off by saying I am from Illinois, where I on a weekly basis would shop multiple locations. Great prices and even friendlier respectful employees! I now live in Cookeville, TN and your goodwill location is absolutely off their rocker with the pricing, how the organize their cloths, they’re ignorant, high on meth twitching drilling and mumbling and smelly employees. I have yet been in there where the cashier was not only ignorant unfriendly but is sick as can be! Not someone who should be at work spreading germs especially now a days! They are putting 2.993.99 price tags on things like happy meal toys, things sold at dollar stores, used stained cracked coffee cups, toys that are broken get even higher tags like 4.995.99! They are absolutely ripping people off! One of the employees a female was literally asking the woman who she was ringing up out for a date. That woman was completely caught off guard and actually just walked out not completing her transaction! Other employees can be seen throwing stuffed animals at each other, having loud conversations with each other about parties and what’s good for the night. The music is so loud and is nothing like I’ve ever heard played at any other location! I also got screamed at for looking at things in the cart they were using to restock shelves, her exact world to me were “these aren’t for sale until their on the shelf” and rolled the cart away from me and when I was checking out I asked to speak to a manger and she laughed and said “we don’t have one at the moment” like what? The prices and the high on meth, toothless employee tops the cake for me though, I will never go back to this location! The jeans in this location for some reason are put in small medium and large? Why wouldn’t they be by number size like every other goodwill I’ve ever been too? I mean aren’t you already looking at the tag to know if it’s small medium large or are they doing it just by the actual physical size? Either way it’s not helping the sales on them, I got so frustrated I went and paid retail for new! Prices on the cloths are very high as well! Walmart offers better and for new! Send someone there undercover I guarantee they won’t likebe happy about anything!
Suggested solution:
By cleaning house and totally ridding the entire store of every employee there because old habits die hard and one bad seed can ruin a whole harvest! I’m only putting one star because for some reason they don’t allow negative stars-think you should. I’d rate -10 stars!
