Goodwill Industries complaint: Help?

My complaint:

Firstly I was under the impression that as a goodwill trademark or policy(not sure of what word to use here) they have a tag sale at all their stores every day. Well the one I visited that day although the products had the color coded tags the store claimed to not have that sale so I should look up online their coupons so I spent ten minutes trying to do that to no avail so finally they tell me just to scan the qr code at the register for Facebook or insta coupons so I do … then after three or four failed attempts they say oh there are no coupons today. So then I pay full price for all my items and lo and behold they double charged me for one of my dresses I take it back in and tell them and show them where on the receipt it showed same bar code twice they still insisted on wasting even more of my time to individually go through every item on my receipt (which by the way states there are no returns or refunds period even says this feature is available at other goodwill stores just not this one)one by one pulling them out of my bag and see that I was telling the truth and proceed in telling me that my only option is to receive store credit for something they messed up on!!! I never even had a choice in spending that money they took it from me then would not give it back!!! So I call goodwill corporate offices no answer do I leave a message with my phone number which I spoke clearly and even repeated it as to be heard and have not gotten even so much as a screw you lady!!! Nothing. I am outraged at all of this.

I feel I should receive a full refund as well as the origional question about color tag sale answered
