My complaint:
Very rude and hateful. Turned the gas pump on before it was paid and it got over pumped and it was the woman’s fault for turning the pump on we didn’t have enough cash to pay for it the lady called the law and when they got there she told him we tried leaving when we did not.
Suggested solution:
They could've accepted that they were wrong and the woman was untrained and paid for the over pumped gas.
