My complaint:
We are sick and tired of being treated like crap by the blonde headed woman that works there. She’s rude as hell and talks crap in front of employees and customers. Plus she talks crap about the customers and employees to other people. We don’t know this woman personally so she has no right treating us like she does. She is also talking crap to customers and employees about the man that’s the manager. She treated a lady like crap before us and said things that shouldn’t have been said period. How many freaking customers are you going to lose before you do something about these people? She might be a hard worker but we don’t know. She’s there a lot. Our next move is going to be to hire a lawyer and file several things against Golden Chick because we have tons of proof to back our complaint. My husband is a Official and that woman has done all of this her last time. If we was rude we would understand but we have never once been rude even when they didn’t get our order right numerous times. We are done and won’t go back in there until we know something is actually done about this rude ass woman. I apologize but she has us beyond mad now. You have lost our $200 ordering until you get something done.
Suggested solution:
Write her up and tell her if she doesn't stop being rude to everyone else too besides just us that she will be fired. She had that lady ahead of us in tears. She seemed to know that lady but we don't know for sure. This is bs and it best stop. We would give zero stars if we was able to.
