My complaint:

As soon as I arrived, I was asked what I needed. before I could finish what I was saying, the lady said We do not have the receipt, pull up to the window! Then I tried to talk again, and she yelled again, Pull up to the window! When I came to the window, I told her that i had an online order, and she was saying that we cannot receive the receipts that come in and then I just wanted to explain and ask about it. I couldn’t get a word in every time I would try to say something. It was just a demand to give her my cell phone to see an order. so i8 gave her my phone to show her the order number and total price, and then she gives me back my phone and says The list of items is not on here so what do you want! I had to remember what my husband placed on the order because he was the one that actually placed the order because I was coming from work to pick it up. So when i told her the items I wanted on my order, then she said, Well it’s going to be a little bit I said, OK and waited. Finally, my food was ready, she said, Here You Go!, I think it is all in there! and then she said, Like I told everybody else, just come with your phone! I said OK Thank you. i was never rude to her, or raised my voice back or anything. i just feel like this was NOT the way you treat or talk to anyone who comes there to order food or even walk in to order. She was rude and you don’t cut others off while they are speaking. it’s like she just wanted to get her point across with out me not saying a word. I did not know that they were not receiving receipts at that location, and the way that it’s addressed to others when they arrive is not the right way the customer should be told. The customer service was bad, and uncalled for and I have ordered from this location very often, and now I will no longer be ordering anything from this location. it’s sad because the food is really good and my family and I enjoy it. Now we wont be able to anymore.

Suggested solution:

This is the 3rd time we've dealt with this employee. She has ruined this location and we will not return there.
