My complaint:
I ordered two 3 piece meals with fries and drinks in the drive thru at the Kyle, TX. Store.
I could barely understand the employee at the window. After getting my drinks and bag of food, I pulled over and checked my order and receipt. I was charged for 2 3 piece meals but there was only 2 pieces of chicken in each box. I pulled back in the drive thru as there were no parking spaces due to construction going on. When I got to the window I told the employee that he shorted me 2 pieces of chicken. He just looked at me, didn’t say anything. He looked at the receipt then looked in the boxes as if I was lying. When he gave my order back there was no apology for their mess up. In fact he just gave my order back and shut the window. Rude, rude, and rude. Won’t be going back.
Suggested solution:
Hire people that are respectful and know how to treat customers when the employees mess up. Especially if you want the customers to come back.
