My complaint:
I am GoDaddy Reseller. I purchased my Reseller Program back in 2021 and was doing some manual marketing which was unsuccessful. I recently discovered that in order to get sales I need to set up my SEO as I was new to the Reseller business and had no prior knowledge. I tried to do the process but was unable to complete it successfully due to me having no access to the secureserver,net reseller site to be able to edit it and update the necessary setting, I contacted Reseller Support several times and was unable to have the issue resolved successfully.I have several cases. They are 47427115, 47408303, 47388224, 47387665, 47364878, 47266665 and 102551199. I was told that I will not be able to get a refund since the time frame has passed however I am not looking for a refund I am looking to resolve the issue once and for all so that I can update my SEO and start getting sales. My domain is yoursourceyourchoicedomains.com My customer ID is 452053097 and my Reseller ID is 583051
