My complaint:
In between being hung up, I have been on the phone with your customer service representatives for the past six hours. Within these hours I have been hung up on and treated with an unlawful amount of disrespect! I encourage you to monitor these calls closely as your customers do not deserve this unfair treatment! Today, I kindly requested the $5.00 fee be reimbursed for this month and previous month(s), as I receive government benefits. Your company website states as followed Your monthly fee is waived whenever you receive a payroll or government benefits direct deposit in the previous monthly statement period. Otherwise $5 per month. I have a government issued card where I receive my benefits. Please, reimburse these fees immediately! Please, remove this fee from my account moving forward! I look forward to hearing back from you! Thank you kindly!
