GO2bank complaint: Poor customer service

My complaint:

I had to file a dispute because my card was charged 4 times for a transaction.I called and was told my account would be credited the unauthorized amount pending the investigation one told me the money would be back in my account on a certain day if wasn’t called back was told another date on the 3rd call was told the dispute letter needed to be on file before it could be credited immediately printed it off and FedEx it to the address on the bottom of the form. It arrived at the address called was told it was not there let them know I have ation it was delivered to the address was argued down it wasn’t and was told it was the wrong address I told them that was the address that was on the form in California was told that was the old address and it needs to go to a Ohio address the rep processed to tell me she didn’t know how I got the address because she brought up the form that was sent to me and it has the Ohio address I saved the copy of the form that was sent to me and told her no it was not I’m looking at it very rudely I don’t know what to tell you I asked for a supervisor no one wants to take accountability for their mistake then telling me I need to wait at 45 days the reps hung up on me several times and are not willing to fix the problem only 2 people I have talk to have any attempted to help me I need legal help because this ridiculous I want to file legal action because this is the worst case of customer service I have ever dealt with and they just don’t care and I don’t think they need to be in business period

Suggested solution:

I need my money so I can be done with this company because they are garbage and the people they have hired to represent them are running their business in the ground
