GO2bank complaint: Nasty attitude supervisor

My complaint:

The go app apparently was having some issues I used my card to purchase something in the store I tried locking my card like I always do and next thing you know the app says a new replacement card it’s on its way l. So I call customer support to notify them immediately because I am on vacation and need my card. Literally 5 minutes later the support rep that answers is very rude she has a rude tone and tells me there’s nothing I can do I have to wait 2 weeks for a new card in the mail . I ask to speak to her manager and the supervisor was even more nastier then the repfirst she’s telling and over talking me when all I asked was how can I get my money out she said there’s no way for me to get my funds out I had to wait for the card . I said that’s ridiculous I need my money now I’m on vacation. She was just being very nasty and aggressive I asked for her manager and let her know that her tone was very disrespectful and unprofessional she did not even try to help me and I told.her I needed to close this account I have thousands going in to this account every month. This is no way to treat their customers. She obviously didn’t care said she had no manager or boss and refused to help to transfer me to her superior. Because of this I am closing my account along with 5 other accounts I have for my oldest and family members. She or the initial rep should be employed doing customer svc they have no clue what the job description entails

Suggested solution:

They should be penalized fired and I should be given an apology from the disgusting supervisor that actually got rid of 5 paying customers
