My complaint:

I disputed unauthorized charges back in November 2023 which was denied. The explanation they used in the investigation stated that the business were all chipped based business therefore the card had to be in my possession to be charged. All of the businesses were online entities except for two fast food restaurants. One of the transactions happened at Poppey’s chicken that close at 9 pm in the state of Texas and McDonald’s that may stay open until 11 pm at night. These charges occurred at approximately 3 am in the morning this something they could’ve researched online or by contacting the business. I’ve been dealing with this complaint to long the customer service sucks the employees are unprofessional and corporate is even worse. I called and emailed them consistently about this dispute only to be ignored, blocked out of my account and verbally abused. I’ve finally closed my account and no longer want to do any further business with them. But, I do want my money refunded because I completely deny any involvement in this scam. How can they do this to people I’m disabled and only receive monthly ssi payments. Please help I’m lost for words!!!
