My complaint:
I went to collect a parcel from my local Go Local Extra store in Elland, and instead of finding me my parcel they sent me into a side room to which I was told to find my own parcel out of the hundreds that were already there and contained peoples addresses. To much frustration I couldn’t find my parcel due to their being so many parcels to check through. This is exactly poor and completely unacceptable!
Suggested solution:
This shop need’s reviewing as they’re breaching data protection by letting and Tom dick and Harry rummage through hundreds of parcels, let alone without supervision.
