My complaint:
Upon buying my toilet roll @ £2.99 I pay with card which proved unable twice so paid cash with a £20 which is £17.01 change yet I’m only returned £17.00 on several occasions this has happened sorry we dont have I will not myself to be out of pocket by no not even for a penny. That is theft
By rights I should receive the next closet tender as a consumer I should never be put of pocket.
The arrogance of the shop assistant with a rye smile like yeah I’m stealing of you. But cause of this day in nature as a while man I can’t say too much even when I’m bang straight to rights.

Suggested solution:
Teach these shop owners foreign or not pay the correct change every bastard time.
I should not be out of pocket nor should anyone else.
My rating is discounted it's actually q minus 5 on your rate scale.
