My complaint:
I bought a product which was £1.39 and I gave the cashier £2.30. 1, £1 coin 1, 50p 3, 20p’s and 2 10p’s. He then proceeds to give me only 5p back. I didn’t think anything about it walked out and recounted the money realising he only gave me 5p back I then confronted him asking him how much the product was and he said very confusingly and he stuttered before he said it £1.39 I said I gave him £2.30 however he said “you didn’t” he fumbled again saying that I gave him only £1.45.
Suggested solution:
They should return the money they took from me
