My complaint:

Working in retail I understand mistakes. My online pickup experience has been trying my patience. I ordered about 140 dollars in grocery pick it up went home and realized my frozen stuff was missing. I called and they apologized and offered a 20.00 credit for my inconvenience to run back to store. No credit appeared. I ordered online again thinking my credit would be on my next order and it was not. They had a special if you bought this big pack of hamburger you would get a few extra things free well I never got my free stuff in my bag and they forgot my milk. I emailed and no response. I don’t mind mistakes I hate it being lied to and ignored.

Suggested solution:

I would like my 20.00 credit plus my money back for my gallon of skim milk plus reimburse of my 12.00 hamburger pack that I would not have bought but the free items with it made it look great.
I will feel whole again getting back 35.00
