My complaint:
My name is Phyllicia Melton, I have managed to change my pharmacy over to Giant because it was closer to my new place and I shop there often so I said why not. Apparently I have had two instances where not only was there a major inconvenience and issue with the prescription being filled but also a issue with a rejection of my prescription after I spoke to my doctors office , they stated that the prescription needed a doctors approval, however my doctor has managed to approve because if that was the case he would have not put it in. I dislike that not only I had a issue but the other patients needing prescription also had a issue . The service is horrible and a this point, the entire department needs immediate attention to the customer service offered. I will follow up on this.
Suggested solution:
Fix the service in your company. It’s disturbing seeing poor service in a area that already experience poverty and a the only pharmacy that may be close to many homes , it’s convenient but better service can be rendered.
