My complaint:

Your prices have gone consistently higher since the pandemic and I feel I was patient (along with other customers that I have spoken with)because of obvious problems getting the food to the store, etc. but we are in 2023 and your prices continue to rise and the service continues to fall. You open this brand new store in Doylestown and most times there will be one or two checkout people working so everyone wonders did they fire these people to make it ““ easier to check out your groceries “!? Every single time I get a large order of groceries and I have to do it myself there is always an issue with some thing not checking out the way it should. It is beyond frustrating. It is also impersonal and wrong , so the store saves money by getting rid of check out people and raising their prices and customers get less and less and less service! Your prices have gone beyond ridiculous- almost every single item that I buy and have bought on a regular basis has gone up to the point where I have to question. Is it worth it so I think it’s time to find somewhere else to shop and I want you to know that I have talked to dozens of people in the area and everyone feels the same, maybe they haven’t taken the time to complain to you, but the general consensus is complete and utter disappointment and frustration with your establishment!

How should you resolve it well, first off, read my complaint and consider the options lower the prices back to a reasonable price per item and have more people working in your store pretty soon it’ll be run by robots!
