My complaint:
I asked if he could refill the washing fluid so I could clean my windows from the snow.He advised me that was maintenance job I asked if he could still help he said he cant.Not to mention trash cans were filled to the top as they usually are.I went inside store and was told customers complain all the tim but the shift he works is hard to cover so manager don’t want piss him off.
I ain’t never heard of that at a job you can do as you please cause they need you everyone is replaceable. And he needs replaced he’s causing more harm than good at your gas station.He does kot care about customers and working in retail that’s your 1 goal to satisfy customers.
Couple weeks ago I came and he was sleep laid back in the chair resting refusing to help customers.
Suggested solution:
Get a new attendant in the evening hours
